Individual Solution

In addition to the services above, we tailor your individual offering. Please let us know your requirements and we are glad to propose an individual solution.

Terms

• For some countries additional fees may apply.
• Subscriptions duration, billed volume: annual
• Payment terms: upfront
• Offered services apply in addition to the purchase of NetHSM hardware.
• Services can be renewed until a total duration of up to 7 years.
• Replacement services can only be purchased together with NetHSM hardware and can’t be purchased separately at a later time.
• Replacement services will be bound to one specific NetHSM hardware device (serial number). It is possible to change the registered device later, e.g. when a cold standby device is taken into production.
• In case of a hardware replacement, the customer has to return the replaced NetHSM hardware back to Nitrokey within 30 days. For this Nitrokey will provide a shipment label.
• Specific delivery times of replacement hardware are as per UPS or DHL. No warranty for shipment carriers performance is provided by Nitrokey.
• If for particular cases and locations UPS shipments don’t provide the expected quality, Nitrokey can choose an alternative carrier.
• Customers are responsible for customs clearance and any duties in the destination country.
• Reserved stock of replacement hardware is based on a risk calculation and kept for all R1 customers jointly. Additional demand will be produced immediately and may depend on availability of required components.
• Business days are considered to be Mondays to Fridays except of public holidays as they apply at Nitrokey GmbH’s office location.
• We reserve the right to make changes and additions to this offering in the future.
